Warranty Policy
Mesh Storage proudly stands behind the quality and durability of our Wire Mesh Partitions & Doors. Each product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, provided it has been used as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
Should you encounter any defects due to materials or craftsmanship within this period, Mesh Storage commits to replacing the affected components at no extra charge to you. Please note that any claims relating to this warranty must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the defect becoming apparent, and no later than one (1) year following the original shipment date.
To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must have been installed, maintained, and operated correctly, in line with its intended purpose and without misuse. Upon submission of a warranty claim, Mesh Storage will conduct an evaluation. Replacement materials will be provided subject to this review; however, freight charges may apply.
Mesh Storage is not responsible for secondary expenses incurred, such as additional labor, operational downtime, or transportation and handling costs related to a warranty claim. The company also reserves the right to alter materials, designs, or specifications without the obligation to notify or re-equip existing customers. Such alterations may include improvements that are not retroactively applied.
This warranty provides your sole remedy for all claims, irrespective of basis, including but not limited to, contracts, negligence, or strict liability. Under no circumstances will Mesh Storage be liable for the loss of use, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
All warranty and claims will be governed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Return Policy
Mesh Storage focuses on ensuring all products meet high-quality standards; therefore, returns are not accepted. In cases where a defect is verified by Mesh Storage under warranty terms, only the defective parts will be replaced. We are dedicated to providing a swift resolution to any issues within the scope of our warranty policy, ensuring minimal inconvenience to our valued customers.
